All roller components are manufactured using a single point positioning and multi-point processing method, from pipe processing, shaft processing to bearing seat processing. This is fundamentally different from the processes used by other domestic manufacturers, greatly reducing the internal stress and welding thermal deformation generated during assembly, avoiding the phenomenon of excessive cumulative errors caused by multiple clamping and positioning, and maintaining the overall error of coaxiality, cylindricity, and concentricity at no more than 0.10mm.
Ultimately, the accuracy requirements of the product are ensured, and the rotational resistance, dust and waterproof performance of the product are higher than the national standard.The service life of the roller can reach 50000 hours. Above, the damage rate is not greater than 10%, and the rotational resistance coefficient can reach 0.018.
